Job Description: Senior R&D Engineer for CNC Systems:

As the "brain" designer of our intelligent machine tools, you will be responsible for the core R&D and algorithm optimization of high-end CNC systems. Your work will directly define the intelligence level and precision limits of our products, challenging the world’s top technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement motion control algorithms and interpolation algorithms for high-end CNC systems, including 5-axis linkage and multi-spindle systems.

Participate in the development of machine tool condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and process optimization modules based on Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical teams to complete the integration, commissioning and performance optimization of CNC systems and machine tools.

Track cutting-edge global CNC technologies such as AI empowerment and digital twin, conduct technical pre-research and prototype development.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or above in Automation, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.

5+ years of R&D experience in CNC systems, industrial controllers or robot motion control.

Proficient in C/C++, familiar with real-time operating systems (RTOS), with solid mathematical foundation and algorithm design capabilities.

Familiar with industrial fieldbus protocols such as EtherCAT and PROFINET; practical project experience is preferred.

Strong innovation awareness, problem-solving ability and team spirit.
