  • Three-axis fully closed-loop optical scale: It can feed back the displacement value caused by thermal deformation due to rapid displacement to the controller for compensation. With a high resolution of 0.01μm, it achieves higher precision. It features high speed, high precision, high resolution and absolute zero position.

  • High-precision and high-rigidity guideways: The three axes are equipped with SP-class customized wide guideways, which not only meet the requirements of ultra-precision machining but also deliver rapid thrust and high acceleration.

  • Ultra-precision high-speed motor spindle: It adopts an integrated structure with built-in sensors, which can monitor its vibration, temperature and machining data in real time to ensure processing efficiency.

  • Automatic tool changer system: The 24-tool disc-type arm magazine with pre-tool preparation function greatly reduces tool change time and improves efficiency.

  • Equipped with an automatic tool change door, it effectively prevents chips from entering and extends the service life of the tool magazine.

  • Automatic chip removal system: It is equipped with internal chip winding devices on both sides, controlled by M codes in the program, with automatic start and stop control, saving manual cleaning time.
