产品概况

P-class precision guideways adopt half-pitch installation design, doubling the connection strength.
C3-class precision ball screws.
Ultra-precision high-speed motorized spindle: integrated structure with built-in sensors, capable of real-time monitoring of machining data to ensure stable and efficient processing.
Automatic tool changer: in-line / matrix-type 21T tool magazine. Pre-stored tools greatly reduce tool change time and improve efficiency.
Equipped with a tool magazine protection system, it effectively prevents iron chips from entering and extends the service life of the tool magazine.
Automatic chip removal system: double-side internal chip conveyors, controlled by M-codes in the program, with automatic start/stop control, saving manual cleaning time.

High temperature resistance

Its heat capacity is twice that of cast iron, its thermal conductivity is less than 1/20 of cast iron, and the response amplitude affected by temperature is only 1/3.

High damping

It features excellent shock absorption and thermal stability, with a damping ratio more than 10 times that of cast iron, effectively eliminating vibration caused by high acceleration.The combination of superior damping performance and linear motors greatly improves workpiece surface quality and extends the service life of the machine.
